1. Can I collect from a location?
At IPro Cell, we operate exclusively online to ensure every product meets our strict quality standards. This model allows us to thoroughly test and verify each item before delivery, guaranteeing reliability and authenticity. Our headquarters are located in Deira, Dubai, UAE. While we don’t currently offer in-person visits, our online platform provides a transparent and convenient way to shop for genuine consumer electronics with confidence.
2. When will I get my order delivered?
At IPro Cell, we’re committed to delivering premium products along with exceptional customer service. For customers within the UAE, orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically delivered the next working day after being handed to the carrier. For customers across the GCC, orders are prepared within 24 hours, with delivery usually taking 5–7 working days, depending on logistics conditions. Please note: if a promo code is applied at checkout, standard shipping fees may still apply.
3. Can I have a picture of the device before purchasing?
Due to the large number of devices sold at IPro Cell, we unfortunately can’t provide pictures for each device. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can simply use our 10-day return policy.
4. Where do we currently deliver?
We currently deliver orders across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates).

1. I received the wrong device
Our deepest apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
Should such an event occur, we kindly request that you inform us promptly by contacting our support team through the designated web form.

Following your report, our customer representative will promptly get in touch with you to arrange a return. Please rest assured that we will take all necessary measures to expedite the delivery of your correct item in a timely manner.
2. What if my order doesn’t arrive within 2-3 business days? ( UAE ONLY )
We take pride in delivering all orders within a span of five working days. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that there could also be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. In such an unlikely event, we kindly request that you get in touch with our dedicated customer service team, and we will go above and beyond to ensure that your concerns are resolved swiftly and efficiently.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order directly on the IPro Cell website.

You will need to enter your email address used to place the order and the order ID.
Please note that it typically takes us 2 to 3 business days to deliver your order, excluding weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
3. I received a damaged parcel
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If the item you received is damaged, broken, or not in the desired condition, please report the issue to us within 2 hours of delivery.
