After receiving the return order, our care experts will inspect and test the device. If the device appears to be eligible for a refund, then the team will contact and refund the full amount as the original mode of payment used when making the purchase
However, if it’s cash on delivery, then the refund amount will be processed via bank transfer to you.
The refund amount procedure takes 7-14 working days after receiving the product back.

Wont be eligible for refund and will be sent back to the customer in its current state.35 aed delivery charges are applicable on both sides of the return and delivery back to the customer.

In a state of changing your mind, not to use this device, or change or return the device. There is a peace of mind policy which is applicable only for the first 10 days of receiving the product. At the cost of 15% of the total amount of the order, plus 125 AED will be charged on the full amount of the invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their orders within 12 Hours Of Purchase and before the Order is Prepaid. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7-14 Days for the refund transfer to be completed.
