Our pirorties are to ensure the quility and comitment to our customers
to test the products and make sure that we deliver the exact orders and devices.
The computeriesd test repot is attached with every device to ensure perfection and transparcy.
How ever if any error occurred while fullfiling the order.
Customers are eligible for refund,return, the order with in 10 days of purchase.
1- Refund before delivery or prepration of order.
2- Wrong device or order delivered to customer.
3- Product comes faulty out of box.
4- Product does not match the description of placed order

Eligibility

After reciving the return order our care experts will inspect and test the device.if the device apears to eligible for refund then the team will contact and refund the full amount as original mode of payment used when making purchase
How ever if its cash on delivery then the refund amount will be done via bank transfer.
The refund amount procedure takes 7-14 working days after reciving back the product.

No eligibility

After reciving the return order our care experts will inspect and test the device.if device shows any signs of tamper lost of any parts missing
Wont be eligible for refund and will be sent back to customer in its current state.35 aed delivery charges are applicable on both side of return and delivery back to customer.

In a state of chaning your mind not to use this device or change or return the device. There is peace of mind policy which is applicabe only for first 10 days of reciving the product. At the cost of 15% of total amount of the order plus 125 AED will be charged on the full amount of the invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY –

Customer can cancel their orders Within 12 Hours Of Purchase and Before Order is Prepaid. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7-14 Days for the refund transfer to be completed.
