1. Can I collect from a location?
At IPROCELL, we exclusively offer online sales. This approach ensures the quality of our products and allows us to complete necessary testing before fulfilling your order.
While we have our headquarters in Deira, Dubai, UAE, at the moment we do not offer the possibility to our customers to visit. IPro Cell sells its products exclusively online. We believe this is the best way for us to bring quality and transparency to the Consumer electronics market.
2. When will I get my order delivered?
At IPro Cell, we place a solemn pledge to offer top-notch products and an unparalleled customer service experience. For customers in the UAE, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Once handed over to the carrier, delivery is guaranteed by the next working day. For GCC customers, orders are prepared within 24 hours, but delivery may take 5-7 working days, depending on logistics conditions.
Please note that in case of applying a promo code at checkout, shipping fees may apply.
3.Can I have a picture of the device before purchasing?
Due to the large number of devices sold at IPro Cell, we unfortunately can’t provide pictures for each device. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can simply use our 10-day return policy.
3. Where do we currently deliver?
We currently deliver orders across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries ( Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates).

1.I received the wrong device
Our deepest apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

Following your report, our customer representative will promptly get in touch with you to arrange a return. Please rest assured that we will take all necessary measures to expedite the delivery of your correct item in a timely manner.
2. What if my order doesn't arrive within 5 business days?
We take pride in delivering all orders within a span of five working days. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that there could also be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. In such an unlikely event, we kindly request that you get in touch with our dedicated customer service team, and we will go above and beyond to ensure that your concerns are resolved swiftly and efficiently.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order directly on the IPro Cell website.

You will need to enter your email address used to place the order and order ID.
Please note that it typically takes us 5 to 7 business days for us to deliver your order excluding weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
3.I received a damaged parcel
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If the item you received is damaged, broken, or not in the desired condition, please report the issue to us within 2 hours of delivery.
