Does IPro Cell provide a warranty?
We want you to know that all our products come with a standard one-year warranty.
Our warranty policy covers any issues with the product both hardware and software during this time.
Our team is here to replace or fix devices if there’s an issue during the warranty period. But, remember, if the device is damaged due to things like force, water, or other non-manufacturing factors, it’s not covered. And if someone not authorized tries to fix or mess with the device, the warranty won’t apply. You can find more detailed info in our terms and conditions.
What is not covered by the IPro Cell warranty?
In the rare case that your device has issues, IPro Cell has your back. We’ll sort out the return and service through our seller, you need to let us know about the problem within the warranty’s 12-month period. Just keep in mind that the device can’t have any physical or accidental damage for this to apply.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by liquids won’t be covered.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that don’t impact device functionality are not included.
- Negligence or intentional tampering resulting in damages is not covered.
- Loss, deletion, or corruption of stored data.
- Repairs or inspections carried out by third parties won’t be covered under the warranty.
Any problems with your LCD screen must be reported to us within 10 days of receiving your order, failing to report at this time frame, will make the claim invalid.
Consumable parts like batteries will naturally wear out over time and usage. We won’t cover issues with these unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

Got an item that’s not quite right? No worries! Just make sure to fill out our online claims form within the first 10 days after it arrives. This is super important – if the form comes in late, it might be tricky for us to lend a hand. So, let’s get that sorted ASAP to keep things hassle-free!
12-Month Warranty – Your Safety Net!
All our gadgets come with a 12-month warranty because we believe in the quality of our products. If your device is having a moment, choose “Warranty request” on the form for a free fix. If you’re looking to return your order, simply select “I have received my order and I want to return it.” Easy peasy!
Start Your Claim or Return:
Check out our Claims form on the website to kick things off. Fill it out, and we’ll organize a pickup for your device. A courier will get in touch to arrange a good time to collect it. Fill it out through the below link:

Once we have your device back, our team will give it a thorough check. Whether it’s a repair under warranty or a return you’re after, we’ll take care of it and aim to have everything resolved within 15 working days.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging along with the charging cable, charger, or accessories.
However, when requesting a warranty service, please only send us the device not including the accessories.
Please note that in case of a return, if the packaging was missing any of the accessories originally sent along with the device, the amount to be refunded will be subjected to deductions.

How long would it take for the device to be fixed?
When you inform us about any issues, we’ll swiftly start the return process to send the device back to the supplier for inspection and necessary checks.
If the device needs repairs, our vendor takes approximately 15 business days for careful inspection and fixing. Bear in mind, that this duration doesn’t include the time it takes to ship the device to and from the supplier. Availability will determine the possibility of a replacement.
It’s important to note that any delays during transit after we’ve shipped your repaired device are beyond our control. Nonetheless, we’ll work closely with the vendor to monitor and address any potential issues as promptly as we can.
I want to cancel my order
If you need to cancel your order and it’s not delayed, there might be some charges for the cancellation process to cover our payment gateway fees. But if your order is delayed, no worries we’re happy to help cancel it and issue a refund.
Please note that a 10% deduction from the total order value will apply for change of mind cancellations. Once the order has been shipped, we’re sorry, but we can’t cancel it from our end. However, if the device doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy still stands.

How long does it take to get my refund back?
Once our team has confirmed your eligibility for a return, it will take a maximum of 7 business days for your refund to be reflected on your original payment method.
In case you paid by cash on delivery option, an online transfer would be initiated from our side. In case you still didn’t get your refund after 7 business days, you can fill out a web form on:

We will get back to you within 24 business hours. Please note that once the refund is processed, it can take approximately 10 business days to appear on your bank statement. If it takes longer, please contact your bank for further assistance!
